What You Will Be Doing
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and process reviews.
- Map out current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to generate insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to cloud-native system development by ensuring requirements align with modern architecture and integration principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from operations and IT to management to ensure solution alignment and adoption.
- Support testing activities, including creating test cases, assisting with execution, and tracking defects.

Experience and Educational Requirement
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience as a Junior Business Analyst within a data-centric or technology-focused organisation.
- Qualifications: Degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science, BCom (Information Systems) or an equivalent qualification in Business Analysis.
- Certification: IIBA certification
